Very excited this morning. Because yesterday, I found it! Yes, I found active focus! And it wasn’t actually that difficult. I expected to be that one person that can’t find it. I must have read the session on it about 10 times, until it sank in, but that’s ok, it’s a totally new concept for me too. We are after all making our eyes, and those poor ciliary muscles, work in a way they have never worked before. But it happened exactly as described in the session: take your clear print back a bit until it just blurs, stare at the slightly blurred print, blink, stare and open eyes wide, concentrate, and it clears. The sense of achievement you feel when you first see it is amazing,  So, since then, I have been living on the edge. The edge of blur that is. And taking the page back slightly, finding blur and then clearing it. The more I do it, the easier it becomes. Today I will read on and see what happens next. One word of advice though. Make sure you first try active focus on a good day, ie. not on a day when you may be sleep deprived, stressed, hungover or all three. Feeling unwell in any way causes tired muscles, the eye muscles included. And don’t give up, it will happen.
