Greetings, dear blog readers! While I don’t write often these days, do know that I read. And I certainly see when you guys pick on my English accent.
Yaaa, I know all. Jake instigates, and you think it’s funny. ;-)
Meanwhile I continue to receive encouraging e-mails, it is really great to see many of your benefitting from this resource. Here is a message from Kim, in my mailbox last week:
Hi Alex,
I started off at -6.5 L and -7.5 R in late January. I can now see 20/20 on the Snellen chart with -5 L and -6 R in April. I couldn’t imagine I could have gotten a 1.5 diopter drop within 3 months following some simple habit changes. I just ordered my new normalized prescription (-4.75 L and -5.75 R). It’s so nice to see the diopters dropping. I figured you are a lot less active now or not active at all in the forums, so I wanted to thank you for all of the work you put into this rehab, and that I could not have been able to get this kind of improvement without your guidance.
Thanks for all of your help,
Kim
Nicely done, Kim. Keep up the good work, everyone!
