If you are using the sessions currently, here is a bit of an update:
All session contents are now identified via an icon legend. This should help make it easier to distinguish the options currently available for each session.
Old format session:
Updates to the sessions are happening quickly, so you may never even see this one. If the rocket symbol is gray, the session hasn’t been updated yet.

Updated session, but no audio or video:
Blue rocket, updated session. Audio and video not yet available. These take a bit longer for sessions, and won’t be included with all of them.

Updated session, audio and video:
All options available. Listen to the audio track or video stream, read the detailed text session. Nice!

Audio tracks for new sessions.
Upgraded video streams.
The text session updates are top priority. With the original course being over four years old and not entirely ideal in some spots, I want you to get the best flow possible.
If you started the program since mid June, you should be getting all the new sessions (blue rocket).
I’m updating the audio and video time permitting.
This takes longer since it means being in a place where I can record some video, and find time to edit, upload, and update. As I travel a lot, I don’t always have the necessary gear at hand. I am updating the sessions that in particular benefit from more than just text first, so look out for those green icons.
