Maybe I should have mentioned this earlier, in case you like podcasts (like our episode with Ivor Cummins from the first e-mail).
Your old favorite guru was on Daniel Vitalis excellent podcast, a while back.
It’s a fascinating podcast series, with guests including stars like Neil Strauss, John Gray and the super interesting Wim Hof (the “Ice Man”). Daniel gets into it with his guests about everything from self defence to natural dentistry, and you’d really miss out not listening to at least some of his epsiodes.
Anyway. Here’s me, in the episode on natural myopia control.
There are quite a few more, though once you got the basics, you might as well get into measuring, logging, reducing diopters, and get on with the glasses hostage situation that retail optometry currently has your eyes in.
