What it costs

After the trial there are two ways to pay, and they buy the same thing:
- Monthly for twelve months, and then it stops. This is not a subscription that renews forever. Twelve payments, then lifetime access.

As of August 2026, the three tiers run roughly $77 to $289 a month across twelve months, or $758 to $2,844 to buy outright in one payment. Lower end is X1, top end is X3, and X2 sits in the middle. There is also an email discount on X2 that brings its monthly rate down.
Those are ranges on purpose, because prices change and a number typed onto a page stays there forever. The membership page carries the exact current figures, and it is the only place kept in step with what the checkout actually charges.
Refund: 60 days, no questions asked. One person runs this, so there is no returns department and no retention script. You email Jake and you get your money back.
What the money buys
Every tier includes the whole method: how to measure your own eyesight in centimetres, how to work out your own numbers, how to step down lens strength over time without wrecking your vision in the process, and direct support from Jake while you do it. Higher tiers add more of his time rather than more content.
Membership is capped, because one person answers everything. When a tier is full it says so on the membership page and you wait for a space.
Why it costs anything at all
Two reasons, and the second one is the honest one.
First, this is one person’s full time work and has been for fourteen years. The site, the guide, the wiki and hundreds of videos are free and stay free. The program is what pays for all of it.
Second, people who pay nothing generally do nothing. The method asks for months of consistent habit change with no gadget to buy and nothing to swallow. Paying for it is, for most people, the thing that makes them actually do it.
What it does not cost you
No supplements. No devices. No app subscription. No follow up product, no advanced course, no coaching upsell. You are not on a plan that needs renewing. You buy it once, you learn it, and ideally you never need Jake again.
