What this registry is
This is a structured index of every member-reported myopia-improvement case report published on endmyopia.org between 2013 and 2026 — 466 posts, reduced to 289 distinct cases after merging multi-post series about the same person. Each case carries start and end diopter numbers as stated by the member, the time window, and a verification class describing exactly how strong the supporting evidence is. The full dataset is downloadable below, and every case links to its original published report.
It is not a clinical trial and not a prospective cohort. Cases are self-selected success reports: members who improved and chose to write in. Dropout and non-response rates cannot be derived from this collection, and no claim of a population success rate is made from it. A cohort-level dataset with denominators, drawn from program member data, is planned as a separate release.
Verification classes
Each case is assigned the strongest class its published text actually supports — assigned conservatively, with the supporting quote preserved in the dataset.

How the numbers are computed
- People, not posts. 55 members have two or more progress posts; each series is merged into one case using the earliest starting numbers and the latest reported numbers.
- Diopter values are the worse eye’s spherical value as stated by the member; cylinder is excluded from deltas.
- Annualized rates are published only for cases with a 12-month-or-longer window (n=57, median 1.5 D/yr). Annualizing a two-month report overstates a sustained rate, so shorter cases show only the raw change and its window.
- Exclusions (16 cases): any case involving prior laser surgery, child cases (this registry is adult-only in v1), and cases whose numbers are internally inconsistent pending re-review. Exclusions are listed in the dataset with reasons, not silently removed.
Honest reading of the rate data: featured cases skew faster than typical. Computed across all cases regardless of window length, the median annualized rate would be roughly 2.6 D/yr — that number is inflated by short-window annualization and by selection of notable progress for publication, which is why this registry does not use it. The defensible figure is the 12-month-plus median of 1.5 D/yr, consistent with the ~1 D/yr typical rate communicated across this site.
