Sylvia reports being 1.25 diopters down for her driving prescription and still reducing. She started in earnest during the Covid lockdowns when she no longer needed to drive to work. For activities other than driving she uses lenses about 0.5 to 0.75 diopters weaker, cutting strength by 0.25 every couple of months.
