I rarely write posts anymore.
Does seem like everything has moved to video formats a long time ago. Should I get on board and record thoughts in that new human lazy-feeling format?
Here’s a bit of a mini lesson in old school text:

This is the way to success.
There is no speed running vision improvement. There’s isn’t some secret hack on top of what you’re finding here on endmyopia which is already the most fringe of all biohacking. Reversing myopia, said to be impossible. Follow what hundreds of thousands of people have done before you over the past 20 years. Leverage collective experience.
Slowly.
Also get rid of everything that stops you from doing things slowly. No social media on phone. No short form video. No bite size content.
If you can’t get through a solo lunch without any screens, you need this. If you can’t just be at home or on a walk without itching for distraction, you’re way overdue for a detox from the corporate brain pacifier.
If you’ve been alive and around before smartphones, you know all this. If not, you gotta learn it.
Fixing your eyes is just one little piece of the puzzle. But by fixing your eyes you end up addressing most of the other things that are likely in imbalance today.
Enjoy the ride!
