A 20-year-old member writes that a year and a half after starting, their more myopic left eye went from -5.5 SPH with -3.5 CYL to wearing -4.5 SPH with no cylinder for distance. Their right eye went from -3 SPH with -2.5 CYL to no correction at all. They also use -3.5 SPH for close-up in the left eye and nothing in the right, and describe the improvement as self-assessed after changing their glasses and diet.
