Saswati: -3.75 Diopters To -3.00
The writer found EndMyopia while looking for an alternative to LASIK for high myopia and glasses. An optometrist measured -3.75 D sphere in both eyes with -0.75 astigmatism in the right eye and -0.5 in the left, and they began their journey with -3.25 D normalised lenses, reducing them every three months. They now use -3 D SPH both eyes for normalised and -1.75 D SPH for differentials, and are working on active focus at the 20/60 and 20/20 lines [...]
Ben C.: -5.00 Diopters To -4.00
Ben originally had -5.00 with glasses and -4.50 with contacts before starting. He is currently working with -4.00 after staying at -4.25 for almost a year and a half. The writer says their 17-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter no longer need glasses, and their 14-year-old son never needed them. Diana started wearing glasses at age 9 and stayed at -3.75 in both eyes for about 15 years. After noticing her glasses felt too strong, she began reducing her prescription in 0.25 steps on her own and is now at -3.0 in her normal glasses and -1.5 in her computer glasses.
