-1.50 Diopters To -0.75
The member's starting prescription was -1.50 sphere with -1.75 cylinder in the right eye and -0.75 sphere with -2.25 cylinder in the left eye. After starting in September, their current contact lenses are -0.75 sphere / -0.75 cylinder in the right eye and -0.25 sphere / -1.25 cylinder in the left eye, and they report seeing 20/20 about 90% of the time. -4.00 Diopters To -2.50
The member reports going from -4 to about -2.50 over roughly 60 months. They say their vision is at least not getting worse on average, and note that stress and holiday sugar intake seem to affect their eyes. Adam K.: -1.75 Diopters To Zero
He started at -1.75 in his left eye and -1.5 in his right eye. After hearing a podcast interview in July 2022, he stopped wearing glasses except when driving in areas he is unfamiliar with. -8.00 Diopters To -7.50
A few years ago the person was wearing -8 and the eye doctor prescribed -8.5, which they refused. They found the blog, YouTube, and free training and did some of the practices, though not consistently. At an eye doctor visit this past November they measured -7.50. Kaustav: -1.50 Diopters To -0.25
Kaustav reports reducing his myopia from -1.50 D in both eyes at first diagnosis to -0.25 D in both eyes. His latest ophthalmologist prescription measured OD -0.25 D and OS -0.25 D. Dov: -4.75 Diopters To -3.00
