Diana: -3.75 Diopters To -3.00

Diana started wearing glasses at age 9 and stayed at -3.75 in both eyes for about 15 years. After noticing her glasses felt too strong, she began reducing her prescription in 0.25 steps on her own and is now at -3.0 in her normal glasses and -1.5 in her computer glasses. She says she is about to step her normal glasses down to -2.75. See more documented cases in the EndMyopia Case Report Registry.

Sara: -3.25 Diopters To -1.75

Sara started at -3.25 last November and reports she is now at -1.75, just over a year later. An optometrist confirmed her improvement to -2.25 in both eyes as of May 2023. She reports lingering night vision problems and morning blur that clears after time in the sun, and says she is keeping up her habits. Shruti: -4.50 Diopters To -3.50

In 2019 Shruti's prescription was -4.5 in her right eye and -4 in her left, with cylinder of -1.25 and -1.50. At an eye appointment in January 2023 she measured -4 in both eyes, and at her most recent appointment she was given -3.5 in the right eye and -3 in the left. She used -2 differentials for close-up work and normalised glasses of -3.75, along with active focus. See more documented cases in the EndMyopia Case Report Registry.
