Diana: -3.75 Diopters To -3.00
Diana started wearing glasses at age 9 and stayed at -3.75 in both eyes for about 15 years. After noticing her glasses felt too strong, she began reducing her prescription in 0.25 steps on her own and is now at -3.0 in her normal glasses and -1.5 in her computer glasses. In 2019 Shruti's prescription was -4.5 in her right eye and -4 in her left, with cylinder of -1.25 and -1.50. At an eye appointment in January 2023 she measured -4 in both eyes, and at her most recent appointment she was given -3.5 in the right eye and -3 in the left.
