-6.25 Diopters To -5.00

The person started at -6.25 after wearing glasses and contacts for the last 33 years. They began with EndMyopia in spring 2022 and are wearing -5 as of today (October 2022). Chris: Passed Vision Test With No Glasses

Chris reports making progress since stopping glasses wear almost two years ago, though he feels his improvement has stalled somewhat. He passed his driver's license renewal without glasses and had the eyeglasses restriction removed from his license, though he still wears glasses at night for comfort. Vision Improvement Update

The member reports their vision is definitely improving with the program's habits in place, including differentials for close-up work, outdoor time, and good ambient lighting. They say their eyes feel ready for a downshift and they are waiting on weaker normalized contacts. Their far point has improved so much that their arm is no longer long enough to reach the blur point when measuring their left eye and just barely long enough for their right eye.
