The dual sport is what I would have prescribed anyway, rather than a one-on-one with me.

More reason to get outside, and lots of pulling focus and distance vision, along with some natural UV lighting. It’s the perfect accessory for myopia rehab!

ABSTRACT

A case series of self-reported adult myopia reduction, collected since 2013 from check-in emails, the EndMyopia forum, the Facebook group, and blog and video comments. Each case carries start and end diopter numbers as stated by the person, the time window, and a verification class, and links back to its original, dated public report. Of 363 distinct documented cases, 61 carry a third-party or official-record signal: an optometrist prescription, a passed driving-licence vision test, or a removed lens restriction. Median rate in cases followed 12+ months: 1.25 D/yr (n=84). The de-identified dataset is published openly.
