Sara: -3.25 Diopters To -1.25

Sara reports that two years into the process her right eye improved from -3.25 to -1.25, a drop of a full two diopters. Her left eye is lagging behind at around -1.50 to -1.75. The person started at -7.00 in February 2024 and began wearing -5.75 differentials. In March 2024 their optometrist lowered their prescription to -6.75. They have since steadily reduced their normalized and differential corrections, and their current norms are -6.00 with differentials at -4.75, with plans to drop norms to -5.75 in February. Imran H.: -3.00 Diopters To -1.25

On 28 February 2019 an autorefractor at Al-Noor Eye Hospital read about -2.75 in the right eye and -3.00 in the left. By 25 January 2020 the autorefractor read about -1.00 in the right eye and -1.25 in the left. An optometrist prescription from the same January 2020 date recorded -0.50 right and -0.75 left with 6/6 vision in both eyes through unifocal glasses. Martin: No Longer Needs Glasses

Martin started EndMyopia in March 2020 and made big improvements in his left eye astigmatism during the first 5 months, while his right eye was already almost at 20/20. He now does not wear glasses and is comfortable with his eyesight. His left eye is not yet at 20/20 but he reports it is close, and he says he is not measuring it. Down To -0.75 Diopters

The writer started active focus and could clear text at about 3 meters, then within roughly two months an optometrist in Calicut said their glasses were overcorrected and issued a new prescription with about a 0.5 D reduction.
