Jaaa. So, the plan for 2016.
More video, in more places, with more of our darling vision improving students.
My wee brain is thinking that by then I’ll have halfway passable video skills. And by then you’ll be plenty tired of just seeing my weird face on camera.
Just in time to cure your then-ennui, we’ll have new locales, new perspectives, and new stories.
For the record here, I’m terrible at planning.
Mostly I go wherever there are cookies or Italian food, or any kind of adventure. True story, I once moved to Phnom Penh Cambodia for seven months on a complete whim. It was all based on the passing comment of a visiting friend in Thailand at the time.
You’d love it there, Jakey, she said. It’s the wild east, proper.
Imagine the attention span of a very small cat.
All that said, I do have an agenda every year. There are students I go see. There are places I have to be, regardless. Next year will be a little more flexibly planned since I want to leave lots of room for time with the new baby-Jake. (to be hatched sometime in September!)

We’ll start to sort out locations. Once that’s taking shape and a bit closer to travel time, I’ll be announcing dates and sending exact locations to participants.
I’ll be glad to review your progress, answer questions, and just catch up in general.
I will be bringing my camera along. If you’re camera shy, don’t worry. So am I. We won’t make any serious production out of it, rather just casual exploring of interesting places, and talking about eyesight health.
