A few of you have reported that the automatic e-mail sending the promised free installment had some hiccups. You may have received the first installment a second time, rather than the second installment itself!

For those of you this happened to, here is the e-mail content you missed:

If you go to the optician every year, you may find that your eyesight gets worse by an average of 0.75 diopters per year.

From 42 years in this practice, I find that to have been the average, which is a rather significant decrease in your eyesight, year after year. Installment 2 of the free mini program will look at a very interesting (and promising) fact:

Your eyesight might get worse as much as 0.75 diopters IN A SINGLE DAY.

If you measure in the morning (centimeter or Snellen), and again after a long day at work, you might find close to a whole diopter of lowered acuity. That is scary, yes?

But then the next morning, your eyesight is back, having improved, overnight, by the same amount.

So, can eyesight improve long term as well? Obviously, your eyes are capable of recovering from a fairly massive close-up strain overnight. Now, what if we stopped this strain from happening the next day? Will your eyes eventually begin recovering some of the long term strain effects, while you sleep?

Let’s find out:

You subscribed to my short form myopia rehabilitation course. See below the link to the second installment.
