The member reported going from -6.00 to -3.50 over 2 years, based on a recent eye doctor visit. They noted they were doing active focus during the exam, so they are unsure whether they are exactly at -3.50. They also asked whether eye stinging during active focus is normal. Eyvind: -1.50 Diopters To -0.75

Katarina: -8.00 Diopters To -6.50
Katarina started at L -8.00 and R -7.50. Over about a year of active focus she reached L -6.5 and R -5.75, then -5.50, before a period of less practice pushed her back to L -7 and R -6.5. RMH: Passed Vision Test With No Glasses
RMH reports not having achieved clinical 20/20 and not having had their eyes checked by an eye doctor in a few years. A few months ago they had the "corrective lenses" restriction removed from their driver's license when renewing it. They have not worn glasses or contacts for years apart from a few exceptions, and they check an eye chart each morning to track how food, substances, and activity affect their eyesight.
