Dan: -6.75 Diopters To -5.50
Dan started the method in February with an original prescription of OS -6.75 Sph, -0.50 Cyl and OD -6.00 Sph, -0.75 Cyl. By July his prescription had improved to OS -5.50 Sph, -0.50 Cyl and OD -4.75 Sph, -0.75 Cyl, and he renewed his driver's licence wearing glasses at that prescription. Eyvind: -1.50 Diopters To -0.75

The member reported going from -6.00 to -3.50 over 2 years, based on a recent eye doctor visit. They noted they were doing active focus during the exam, so they are unsure whether they are exactly at -3.50. They also asked whether eye stinging during active focus is normal.
