A few years ago the person was wearing -8 and the eye doctor prescribed -8.5, which they refused. They found the blog, YouTube, and free training and did some of the practices, though not consistently. At an eye doctor visit this past November they measured -7.50. Kaustav reports reducing his myopia from -1.50 D in both eyes at first diagnosis to -0.25 D in both eyes. His latest ophthalmologist prescription measured OD -0.25 D and OS -0.25 D.
