Charles, while posting a brief account of his eyesight improvement so far, has an interesting perspective on reversing his myopia:

Yesterday, I have had a big (predicatable, but enjoyable) surprise.

Note : my last “real” prescription was measured on 2008 (-3.75D, -3.5D).

I took my old 2002 (-3.25D, -2.75) “real” prescription and I test my vision with my 20 feet “not so well lightened” Snellen and realise that I can now, easily, without any effort, read 20/15 !

I knew that (by the measurements) but I it is still a big pleasure to realised that what I wore more than ten years ago is now too strong.

The only shadow on the board : the difference between my eyes seem to have followed the same pattern : even with my new normalized (-2.5D, -2.25D) and differential (-1D, -0.75D), my strong eye still feel stronger than the weak (with glasses on). Like if it was a real “wayback machine” rewind.

It is as I like to point out frequently – we are creating nothing new here. We are applying the same principles that caused the myopia, in reverse (The Four Pillars). For all the amazing medical professionals, and breakthroughs in treatments, mine may be the least imaginative or profound. The program does little more than act like a time machine, as Charles phrases it.

We play the myopia movie in reverse, by reducing the strain cause, by providing the opposite stimulus, by reducing prescriptions, by replacing poor vision habits, with healthy ones.

Enjoy!
