-5.00 Diopters To -3.75
The writer started in October with contacts of -5.00 in the right eye and -4.75 in the left eye. Six months later they measure -3.75 in the right eye and -3.50 in the left eye. They keep logs and measure their own eyes, and say a further reduction is close.
