20/20 For Free? Roll Up Your Sleeves!

It can be a challenge, just starting out, to wrap ones head around endmyopia and real vision improvement.   There's just a lot to take in.   Important here is to take your time, keep reading, keep learning, realize it's like a big puzzle - and it takes time to put enough pieces together to see the  whole picture. Let's take stock of all that is available on endmyopia.org: 1. How-To Guides (146) Counting 146 individual articles, as of this writing.  These includes topics from BackTo20/20, my experiences, [...]

20/x: 20/20 Is Just The Beginning

20/20 is a good starting goal.  It's plenty if you just want decent vision without needing corrective lenses.  Decent.  But there's much, much better, too.  You haven't really experienced really amazing distance vision, till you get into the single digit 20/x ranges. And you can get there. While fixing the BackTo20/20 monthly bonus session, I came across all the notes for the 20/x guide I had used in the past, mainly for serious professional athletes (including a few Olympians).   Lots of interesting topics there, [...]

Tony N Angie Report: 10 Centimters Improved!

Today, a day of showing off the 20/20 gains. E-mail progress reports are great (and still where we get most of our improvement reports).  Facebook is even better since it handily deals with the nay-sayers who like to wonder whether Jakey and his amazing Photoshop (and fake bad grammar) skills are making up all the things when posting e-mail screenshots. Of course most long time readers know that my ambitions don't stretch quite far.  But then there are also profile pictures and pretty formatting when you use Facebook [...]

Val’s One Year Progress: -8.50 D Reduced To -6.00 D

Just about exactly one year ago, Val posted this progress report in the support forum: Hi Everyone,  I just got back from the optometrist, and my eyes are still dilated, but here’s some good news. My prescription for distance vision, corrected to 20/15, no longer has any astigmatism, and the difference in the eyes is down to only -0.25 diopters. I knew that from my cm reading, but my snellen suggested my normalized of -8.00L -7.75R was pretty damn equal in each eye. It turns [...]

Experience It For Yourself: The Deleterious Effects Of Minus Lenses

A Jake talks a lot. Raves a lot, you may say.  Ravings of a madman.   And sure, you might take what I say to any number of mainstream sanctioned professionals, and they will scoff.  Foolish nonsense, they will say.  Myopia is genetic and glasses are the only treatment known to man (man with bills to pay and lens inventory to sell).  Glasses don't harm your distance vision, they only help! Perhaps they're right. Or also perhaps they're entirely notably clueless (or malicious, or at least [...]
