(Video): Forum Q&A In The Works
I get annoyed by things. The glossy uber-eco, new age health super-foods-nuts Websites. The Yoga princesses and perfect vegan, local-fair-trade foodie Instragrams. (Though curiously, this is what you get when you type "yoga princess" into Google Image search.)And the zillion Internet scams on eyesight health. Those are also annoying. What's not annoying, and actually pretty awesome, is all the lure and promise of adding some more realness to this whole project. Video! Opportunity for more ways to talk about more things. [...]

(Video) Weekend Ridiculousness: Finding Focus Outdoors
"You must do video, Jake."I must have perfected my blank stare face by now. Them, they're basically airbrush-faced kids in suits. Who I'm forced to meet up with, at upscale brunch spots in parts of town where I never otherwise venture. Fancy places. Places you go, to be seen. Oh hey Josh, how's the new campany! Nice suit, Ted! Let's play some golf next weekend!Yikes, the whole scene. And that's what they keep on telling me. And I tell them, guys. [...]
Specsavers UK: (Maybe) A Place To Go For Eye Friendly Optometrist Visits
James posts in the forum:I’m back. Had an eye test today.Firstly, I’m amazed. I went to Specsavers (the standard high-street opticians in the UK) and the optometrist was fully supportive of myopia reduction and even said there’re a lot of scientific studies now supporting it (whereas in the past I’d always been told science says it’s not possible). She understood the idea of focus pulling and the blur horizon, and doing regular Snellen tests, and realised that the test she [...]
20/50: The Brilliant & Super Simple Rule For Improving Eyesight
I'm getting to be a bit enamored by the video bits.Though it's far more work and writing a blog post. And it takes endless hours to encode and upload something. And then it still sucks. Nevertheless, if you want my 20/50 rule to improve your eyesight, you must suffer through it. ;-)[iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LI9JphYXQ6A?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen] The short version of the 20/50 RuleIf you understandably prefer not to watch my face talk, here is the quick written version:20/50 is the ideal [...]
