There are plenty of huge improvement reports.
And fully 20/20 recovered.
Most update stories though, less glamorous. Most updates are that diopter you gain in an average year. Past the initial excitement and “newbie gains”, you’re just going on habits and maybe every 3-4 months, a 0.25 reduction.
It’s how biology works, nothing super fast usually changes.
