Madhu started the endmyopia approach in October 2023 with a prescription of left eye -1.75 sph and -0.50 cyl and right eye -1.50 sph and -1.00 cyl. Across three reductions between October 2023 and April 2024, both eyes reached -1.00 sph with no cylinder.
