Right eye “easy” 20/25
Left eye “hard” 20/50I’m following the program as closely as possible, plus:
— minimizing close up as much as possible; many weekend days outdoors most of day.
— minimal if any carbohydrates at dinner–> gives me in a low insulin/ketogenic state for about 12 hours until breakfast next morning; came up with this after reading Jake’s article about intermitent fasting inducing visual cortex neuroplasticity. Lots of data out there as well regarding ketogenic diets and brain neuroplasticity after traumatic brain injury for example– folks recover brain function faster.
I’m a little ahead of the program as I got re-booted into updated version — I don’t mind though because the second time through helped me tighten up my habits.
Posts indicate I should close the distance between R and L eyes: I’m assuming I wait for my left eye to catch up to an “easy” 20/40, and then drop to -3.00, then repeat until left at 20/40 again. Are there any particular habits to get my left eye caught up? It’s about 1.5 cm behind the right.
What else does there need to be said?
Cheers,
– Jake
