A few days ago, in the frozen wasteland that is Tokyo in February, I recorded a quick video on the subject of contact lenses for distance vision use.
It’s a continual somewhat tenuous relationship, me and contact lenses (I never used them personally, but for the subject of myopia control). They have lots of notable advantages, for a number of use cases, but then they are also not ideal for long term vision health, and another temptation to take the easy (but not healthy) route.
Here’s the video. Give it a thumbs up if you’re charitably inclined.
Housekeeping: I’ll be back on the forum tomorrow, today’s 7 hour flight and various busses and trains has left me with less than a clear head for good forum Q&A. A demain!
Cheers,
-Jake
Drops and surgery manage it
This is the one that reverses it.
Most options keep the myopia and work around it. EndMyopia lowers the number itself — naturally, step by step. The whole method for $1.
