The Three Hour Rule (To Avoid Ciliary Lockup)
Here’s a rule, that’s a rule for ole Jakey:
Three hours screen time maximum, then one hour break with no screens.
Of course this isn’t some absolute rule for everyone, in ever case.
But it is worth looking into:
Hopefully useful.
