When (Diopter Mistakes) Are Good For You
Here’s something that happens:

That’s right. Didn’t pay attention, didn’t get the gains.

Everything ole Jakey tells you, is from the many thousands of people who have done all this before you.
One thing I say is, focus on habits. When this is all new and exciting and you’re into it and it’s a project … don’t go madly reducing diopters, thinking you can beat the system. What you want to be doing instead is, building great habits.
Habits will help you make lasting gains. And not do what Serdar did.
Not that what he did is a problem either. Now he knows and the next round he’ll clean up that remaining diopter and a half.
