As promised, audio and video sessions are starting to be available for the myopia rehab program.

Anytime you see a headphone icon or a film reel icon, the session includes audio and / or video.

I expect to have most sessions updated and covered in 2-3 months.

If you are just starting out, this should be a perfect pace for your progress.  You might do about three of the 20 minute sessions a week, which will be about how quickly I hope to be updating them with more media choices for you.

This applies to participants of my new program.  

Previous subscribers to Alex’ course can request a PDF file list of his course.

I have separated Alex’ course from my program to avoid confusion.  If you took his course and want to revisit installments, using the PDF archive should be ideal.  On the other hand if you are just starting out, my program and the session format will be a further improvement.

To maintain the benefit of the session approach, there is a bit of a limitation to the multimedia:  they will run in your account only.

However:You can access them from a tablet or smartphone just by logging in to your account.
