-10.00 Diopters To -9.00
The writer reports improving from -10.00 to -9.00 in the right eye and from -9.00 to -8.50 in the left eye during the first months after starting about two years ago, then holding steady. In December 2023 an ophthalmologist measured 20/20 corrected vision in both eyes using the same glasses worn for two years while working with computers. They did not reach 15/20 but plan to keep working on their vision in 2024.
