As promised, new one-per-week special installments are loading up in your Web Program starting today.  It’s all the things that help get through the winter months, with a focus on enjoying improving eyesight, even when the days are cold and short.

After yesterday’s somewhat gloomy post about online vision improvement, we are back to lighter notes today.

You might see a delay of 24 hours for the new installments to begin loading, but somewhere between today and tomorrow they should be available from your main program page.

We are focused on quality here, over quantity!  I have planned for one strong installment per week.

As always, you will get the most out of these installments, by taking the (relatively small bit of) time to follow the suggestions. Seemingly small changes, as usual, have unexpected positive impact, and with a little knowledge we can leverage the cold winter for some eyesight improvement.

In other news, from a few e-mails about yesterday’s post:

Yes, of course the Web Program is worth participating in.  It is simple, there is no catch (other than you having to put in the work to make the improvements), and I did not change my mind about providing you with this resource.

I wrote the post so I could just reply with a link to it, to the e-mails I get asking about online vision improvement programs.

If you know me specifically by word of mouth, referral, direct improvement experience of a friend or family member, by all means … give it a try.  Of course my main piece of advice is still relevant, however – an excellent, local, behavioral ophthalmologist is always the first choice, if you want to improve your eyesight.

You might also have noticed the new newsletter carrot in the side bar.

While a newsletter existed for some time, mostly in theory, I am averse to collecting e-mail and sending people things.  I don’t much like e-mail myself, and from that perspective I don’t wish to inflict it upon others.

A good friend and more savvy individual convinced me however.  People are forgetful, may have preferences other than my own, and that I should merely offer something of value, to reach them once they close the browser.  Also he says, my domain name (#endmyopia project) is terrible.  But that, we are not changing anyway!

I hope you will enjoy the winter installments, please do let me know how you do.
