Stuck ciliary muscle. You know when it happens, because everything is stuck in double vision limbo, and your blur horizon is way too close.
Happens to you?
Definitely happens to me. Sometimes it’s just not starting the day out right, and then never taking enough of a break to resolve the issue. It’s important to sit back sometimes, realize what happened, and not get overly anxious.
Here’s me complaining about my focusing muscle woes:
Starting out the day with some distance vision, reduced diopter lenses, always a good idea. Getting a nice long break before you really get that spasm set, also a wise choice. Things that we sometimes forget to do!
Housekeeping: If you feel inclined to do me a favor today, head over to @endmyopia on Twitter and tweet nice things about me, or endmyopia, or your eyes, or anything else you may feel inclined to do.
Much obliged!
Cheers,
-Jake
