Note in this one the idea of having a (reasonable) goal set. We’ve previously discussed how quickly exactly you can expect to improve your eyesight. Once you have a few months actual first hand experience and established productive habits, you can start setting yourself some realistic goals.
New readers often get tempted to overdo things. Try to cheat the gains.
But eventually you get to understand your own biology and figure out that this is a journey, much like anything else. You start to appreciate the steps along the way. You start to fully embrace having control back over this key sense that allows you to experience the world around you.
That’s what it’s all about. Take the power back. You don’t need their fake, plastic diopter. Make some 20/20 gains!
